She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Smith and Mary Smith (Ryan); her siblings, Barbara Elliot and Kenneth Laippley; and her grandson Justin Greenfield.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Haddix; her daughters, Shelley Greenfield (John) and Kristi Brooks (Rick); her grandchildren, Jamie and Jacob Brooks; and her great grandchild Devon Greenfield.
