It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Collins (Middletown, Ohio), who passed away on February 13, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Collins and Pauline Collins (Hipsher); his brother Earl Dean Collins; and his mother-in-law Birdie Bolden. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Collins (Bolden); his children, Randall Scott Collins of Middletown, Jennifer Lynnette Patrick (Ray) of Franklin and Ernest Collins Jr (Lorin) of Middletown; his grandchildren, Joshua Wayne Adams, Britney Nicole Hayes (Ryan), Courtney Jolyna Collins, Kaitlyn Rachel Collins and Krystan Danielle Collins; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Zachery and Lincoln; and his siblings, Dearl Collins, Mable Hall (Steve), Bernice Moore and Joe Collins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
