It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Lakes (Middletown, Ohio), born in Seven Mile, Ohio, who passed away on February 17, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walker Lakes and Grace Lakes; his grandson Ryan Neal Chapman; his stepdaughter Mary Ann Rossi; and his siblings, Kathleen, Betty Sue, Murdell and Marvin.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Lakes; his children, Rick Lakes (Connie), Randall Lakes and Brenda Chapman (Rob); his grandchildren, Brandon Lakes, Ashley Lakes, Bradley Hobbs, Ricky Lakes, Brandon Floyd, Jake Chapman, Luke Chapman and Kaylee Chapman; his great grandchild Keria; his siblings, Cecil Lakes, Millard Lakes and Dorothy Gase; and his stepchildren, James Rossi (David Hinds), Hank Rossi (Linda Tolbert) and Jenny Rossi (Marc Citrin). He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
