It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd Turner Jr. of Middletown, Ohio, born in Hazard, Kentucky, who passed away on November 3, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Sr. Turner and Elsie Jean Turner (Yater); his wife Carol Turner (Dearth); his grandson Aaron Johnson; and his sisters, Marion Allen and Nora Wiseman.

He is survived by: his children, Melissa Johnson (Rick), Tony Turner (Kelly), Tim Turner and Chris Turner (Delly); his brother Cooley Turner (Debbie); his grandchildren, Krista, Jen, Samantha, Megan, Curtis, Gabe, Kailey, Gavin and Joel; his close friends, Carolyn Durham and Patti Watts; and also Sierra. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Family Parish, 201 Clark St., Middletown, Ohio, 45042.
