Forest Grant III Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2021, at the age of 64, Forest Grant III (Middletown, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Grant Jr. and Mary Louise Grant; and his sister Eleanor Tambascia. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his sons, Aaron and Nathan (Krissy); his granddaughter Hannah; his sisters, Mary Brock (Robert), Ellen Zulka and Lois Muzio (Joseph); and also, Bob, Gibbie Wise and Melissa Roberts (Adam). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
