It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary L. Lewis of Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on September 21, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lewis and Arbell Lewis (Keeling); his son Gary Lee Lewis, Jr.; and his siblings, Christine Clark, Grace Jewell, Pauline Powell and Donnie Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Lewis (McDonough); his children, Linda Lewis, Randy Lewis (Melissa) and Adam Lewis (Tabitha); his siblings, Willie Lewis (Ethel), Bobby Lewis (Louise), Jessie Lewis (Debbie), Theo Lewis, Ray Lewis (Gerri), Effie Henson, Corfene Price (Sonny) and Alice Wheeler; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Nicholas, Lilliann, Ember, Gavin and Elliott.
