She was predeceased by: her former husband Manuel Fitzpatrick; and her son Thomas Fitzpatrick. She is survived by: her husband Glenn Edward Wells; her daughters, Joyce Fitzpatrick, Sally Reckart (Rick) and Carolyn Fitzpatrick; and her siblings, Geraldine Fitzpatrick, Deward, Thomas and Paul Hale. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren.
