He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda; his brothers, Loren Jr., Alan Pratt (Pete) and Don Pratt; and his sisters-in-law, Ellen and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his son Scott Pratt; his daughter-in-law Lisa Pratt; his granddaughters, Leeann Pratt of Westlake, OH and Taylor Pratt of Westlake, OH; his daughter Beth Pratt-Dewey; his son-in-law Robert Dewey of Bethesda, MD; his granddaughter Jenn Dewey of New York, NY.; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Pratt.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Light Up Middletown.
