He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton Owsley and Gypsy Owsley (Crum); and his wife Nancy Owsley. He is survived by: his children, Richard Owsley (Barbara) and Michelle Goffinet (Will); his grandchildren, Julie Klehamer (Chad), Danny Owsley (Aimee), Patrick Conrad, MaryAnn Diehl (Mike) and Wesley Taylor; his great grandchildren, Raegan Owsley, Kindan Diehl and Mackenzie Diehl; his siblings, Betty Johns, James Owsley (Jackie), Roger Owsley (Sue) and Steven Owsley (Jeanie); and his close friend Betty Hammock. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
