He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Cowgill Sr. and Hazel Mize (Sears); his brother Billy Mize; his grandparents, Finley, Edna Tolson, Arthur and Annie Sears; and his brother-in-law Jim Tolson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Darlene Mize, Janet Tolson, Rainey Cowgill and Gale Napier (Jerry); and his close friend Shirley Stepp. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many other loving family members and friends.
