We are sad to announce that on May 9, 2021, at the age of 96, Hazel Catherine Bell (Middletown, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John Bell; and her daughter Margaret Sturgill. She is survived by: her children, Andrhea Poffenbarger (Steven) of Springboro, Edwin Adams (Mary) of Middletown and Butch Adams of Middletown. She is also survived by her six grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Otterbein Hospice, 105 Atrium Drive, Middletown, OH 45005.
