She was predeceased by: her parents, America Neace (Bush) and Jakie Neace; her husband Richard Williams, II; and her siblings, Ellen Cole, Eliza Mayes, Elizabeth Smith and Sam Neace.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Williams III (Dawn) and Laura Brate (Nolan); her grandchildren, Jordan and Chloe Williams; and her sister Maudie Cockerham.
