It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack Hamilton Keller (Middletown, Ohio), who passed away on August 1, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Keller and Lula Belle Keller (Lisle); his wife JoAnn (Massey); and his son Mark. He is survived by: his children, Jada Fewell (Steve), Kent Keller (Candice) of Middletown and Jay Keller (Nancy) of Middletown; and his daughter-in-law Robyn Keller Short of Middletown. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Hospice Care of Middletown, 3939 Central Avenue, Middletown, OH 45042.
