He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arley Ratliff Senior and Gail Lawson (Toler); his stepfather Estil Lawson; and his brother Raymond Ratliff. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ratliff (Auxier); his daughters, Gail Meadows (Tim Goss), Tonya Martin (Doug) and Deanna Bargdill (Joe); his brother Dave Ratliff (Terry); and his brothers-in-law, Gary Auxier, Tim Auxier (Bonnie) and Steve Auxier. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home (3805 Roosevelt Blvd, Middletown, OH 45044). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
