James Chaney Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Chaney of Middletown, Ohio, born in Hazard, Kentucky, who passed away on November 2, 2021 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Chaney to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollie Chaney and Mary Chaney (Fugate); and his siblings, Paul Chaney and Bonnie Muncy. He is survived by: his wife Linda Chaney (Thompson); his children, Kimberly Lynn Chartrand (Andre), Thomas Daniel Mockabee (Cindy), Michael David Mockabee (Kimberly), Carl Brian Mockabee (Lisa) and Sonya Swartz; and his sister Wanda Mosley. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
