He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Federer and Anna Federer (Perry); his former wife Sandra Kay Federer; and his sons, James Federer, Terry Federer and Jerry Federer.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Federer (Dow); his children, Vanessa Warman (Gary), Linda Carpenter (Rick), Lisa Ridenour (Dale), Lance Partlow (Rachel), Scott Partlow (Cindy), Crystal Russell (John), Holly Knox and Paula Severns (Keith); and his siblings, Sue Berry (GB), Robert Federer (Judy) and Jeff Federer (Tammy). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 31great grandchildren.
