He was predeceased by: his parents, Letcher Salley and Anna Ruth Salley (Cox); and his siblings, William "Sonny" Salley and Roberta Middaugh. He is survived by: his wife Janice Salley; his daughter Deborah Epperson (Fred); his grandchildren, Gavin Michael Childress, Cheyenne Epperson and Shelby Epperson; and his siblings, Fern Schrul, Mary Holcomb (Wesley) and Brian Salley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church or Hospice of Ohio.
