She was predeceased by: her husband James Crouch; her former husband George Radenheimer; her siblings, Margie Waddell and Lloyd "Buddy" Patrick; and her daughter Dianne Chapman.
She is survived by: her grandson Bradley; her children, Gary Crouch (Peggy), Sharyn Nisius and Terry Crouch (Butch); and her friend Kathy Heffelfinger (Jerry). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and extended family.
