He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank C. Frey and Victoria Frey (Guzy); his wife Mary Rose Frey (Koehler); and his sisters, Esther Frey Stoehr, Audrey F. Frey and Mary Ann Dearth.
He is survived by: his children, Janet Lucas (Frey), George Lucas, Mary Lou Buemi (Frey), Michele A. Yerger (Frey) and Jerome E. Frey; his grandchildren, Maryrose Yerger, Christen R. Stricker, Kelly A. Yerger and Michael J. Stricker; his brother John Frey; and his brother-in-law Theodore "Ted" Dearth.
In lieu of flowers, those who so desire may make a memorial donation in memory of Jerome, payable to Ohio's Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties, 5940 Long Meadow Dr., Franklin, Ohio 45005.
