He was predeceased by: his parents, Elza Williams and Nazzie Williams (McIntosh); his wife Betty J. Williams (Newkirk); and his siblings, Lonnie, Bobby Williams and Sue Rhodus.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Williams (Dottie), Tad Williams (Marilyn), Robert Tracy Williams and Ginger Amirouche (Farid); and his sister Sandy Smith. He is also survived by six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
