Kay; his children, Charlene Kay of Atlanta, Cynthia Moultry (Mac) of Middletown, OH, Gerald Jackson (Cindy) of Middletown, OH, Arthur Kay (Sandra) of Lebanon, OH, Ronald Kay (Sheila) of New Orleans, William Kay of St. Louis and Daniel Kay (Melody) of Franklin, OH; his daughter-in-law Constance Kay of Cincinnati, OH; and his sister-in-law Barbara Wolford of Middletown, OH. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
