Bulger; his children, Jerry Bulger of Kettering, OH, Joel Cal, Jr. of Phoenix, AZ, Angiette Bulger of Cleveland, OH and Asia Cal of Norwalk, OH; and his siblings, John Cox of Port Clinton, Melvin Cox of Port Clinton and Selena Mack of Middletown, OH.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
