He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack and Peggy Jean Bush Jr. (Johnson). He is survived by: his siblings, Tommy Bush (Barbara) and Cindy McClanahan (Bill); and his stepson John Kidd. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces.
