We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2020, at the age of 69, John David Bartlett (Middletown, Ohio), born in Hazard, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Bartlett and Pauline Bartlett (Fields); and his stepmother Edna Mae Love Bartlett. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Perry Bartlett of Middletown; his brother Mike Bartlett (Catherine Mesner) of Boston; his brothers-in-law, Richard Perry of Middletown and Thomas Perry (Cruz Hernandez) of San Diego; and his stepbrother Steven C. Smith of Vanceburg. He is also survived by several nephews a niece, great nephews and nieces.
