He was predeceased by: his parents, John Francis and Wilma Mull (Lumpkins); and his brothers, Billy and Roberts. He is survived by: his sisters, Loretta Birkheimer and Judy Warner (Dave). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews extended family and friends.
