He is survived by: his children, Adam Green, Rachel Green, Karen Green, Becky Green and Joni King; his siblings, David Green (Janice), Daniel Green (Sherry) and Julie Engelbert (Chad); and his grandchildren, Joseph Thompson, Presley Green, Peyton Green, Mallory Todd, McKenzie Todd, Dalton Matthews, Ruby Green, Grace Koeppel and Hayley Evans.
