It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Ann Tillett of Middletown, Ohio, born in Hazard, Kentucky, who passed away on January 2, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Brack Campbell and Zelma Campbell (Byrge); and her cousin Bridget Miller. She is survived by: her sons, William Tillett III, Christopher Tillett and Bryan Tillett (Stephanie); her grandchildren, William, Jason, Anthony, Sarah, Christopher, Kyra, Cora, Madison, Isaiah and Carmine; her great grandchild Lillian; her sister Linda Patrick (Willis); her sibling's children, David Patrick, Gary Tillett, Lance Tillett, Cary Ann and Treasa; and her close friend Monk Meyers. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
