She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Richard and Alta Mae Steele (Stahley); her husband Ray Spencer; her daughter Kim Banks; and her brothers, Marvin Stahley and Richard Steele.
She is survived by: her son Mark Banks (Sharon); her grandchildren, Harry, Jenny, Kelly, Johnny and Mitzy; her siblings, Lois Roe, Evelyn Taylor and Larry Million; her sister-in-law Linda Steele; and her close friends, Cheryl and Jack Moore. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren.
