She was predeceased by: her parents, Alkie Creech (Fields) and Raymond Creech; her husband Farrell Ratliff; and her siblings, Betty Jean Creech, Robert, Arvie "Butch" and Donald.
She is survived by: her sister Frances Agee of Middletown; her daughters, Vicki Haddix (Orville) of Franklin, Judy Gentry of Middletown and Karen Halsey of Middletown; and her grandchildren, Susan, Andrea, Mathew, Mark, Lindsey, Trisheana and Jadyn. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
