We are sad to announce that on December 28, 2019, at the age of 37, Kristy Renee Adkins (Middletown, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Claude Adkins Sr., Ed Reynolds, Goebel and Elizabeth Oliver; and also Ryan Sorrell.

She is survived by: her parents, Claude Adkins, Jr. and Gloria Oliver (Reynolds); her son Dylan Patrick Sorrell; her siblings, April Frakes (Rob), Sarah Colon (Josh), Jessie Haddix (Corey) and Noah Oliver; and her grandmothers, Lillian Reynolds and Geraldine Adkins. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Memorial donations may be made to Sojourner Recovery Services, 1020 Symmes Rd, Fairfield, Ohio 45014.
