We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2021, at the age of 58, Kyber Justin Horner of Middletown, Ohio, born in Hopkinsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Horner and Burnetta Horner; his great grandchild Christopher Lee Knause; and his sister Kim Frey (Horner). He is survived by: his partner Shelly Amburgey; his children, Sarah Buergermeier (Joshua), Jenny Horner, Justin Horner, Brandon Amburgey and Neil Amburgey; his grandchildren, Olivia, Aliya, Alec, Kailyn, Lilly, Caleb, Sierra, Skyler, Derek, Madison, Shayla, Kyle, Tori, Alex, Eli and Owen; his great grandchildren, Jordan and Phoenix; and his siblings, Richard Horner, Kellie Varney (Jamie Anderson), Margie Hood (Rob) and Rijoa Garcia-Horner (Duane).

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made toward the funeral expenses.
