He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison West and Mary Ellen Bernard (Camp); and his sister Barbara Allen. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl L. Bernard; his children, Kimberly Mofield (Chris), Tracey Wheeler (Joe) and Sandra Webb (Michael); his grandchildren, Joseph, Noah, Ty, Geneva, Garret, Matthew and Drew; and his siblings, Richard Bernard, Judy Campbell (Dave) and Linda Barton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
