With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lena Mae Thompson Shackelford of Middletown, Ohio, born in Booneville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 12, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward D. Baker and Mable Baker (Combs); her husband Ronnie Shackelford; and her siblings, Shirley Abshear, Barbara Gillette, Doris Baker, Carlo D. Baker and Morris Lynn Baker.
She is survived by: her siblings, Dorothy Baker, Jackie D. Baker (Marlene) and Leo Baker. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
