He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jasper and Laura Belle Kramer (Brewer); and his brother Ted Kramer. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Kramer (Fultz); his daughters, Lynn Taylor (Darrell) and Luann Tadych (Todd); his grandchildren, Lauren Turley (Jeremy), Chelsea Napier (Alex) and Zachary Taylor; and his great grandchild Roscoe Napier.
