She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Fitzwater and Annetta Fitzwater; and her stepparents, Harkes Gabbard, Jr. and Lorraine Fitzwater. She is survived by: her siblings, Marsha McDougal of Bellbrook, Larry Gabbard (Judi) of Palmetto, FL, Terry Gabbard (Gale) of Lake Suzy, FL and Diane Jensen of Asheville, NC.; and her close friends, Bonnie, Bill Smyth, Barbara Jackson, Melody, Dave Evans, Charlene Watts, Candy Stultz and Audrey Schroff. She is also survived by cousins and many nieces and nephews.

With COVID restrictions in place, visitation will be limited.
