She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Allen Wayne Chambers and Rachel Marie Chambers; her parents, Roy Lawson and Wilda Lawson; her sisters, Karen Sue Turpin, Linda Kaye Lanter and Cheire Lynn Sexton; and her grandson Tristen Chambers. She was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncle, nieces and nephews.
