She was predeceased by: her husband Charles P. Kurtz; her son Arthur A. McQuinn II; her stepson Charles "Randy" Kurtz; her stepfather Joseph Renfro; and her sister Lorraine Wheeler.
She is survived by: her parents, George M. Parks and Della M. Parks (Lovelace); her daughters, Charlene G. Kurtz and Cheryl K. Pratt (Richard); her stepdaughter Karen G. Florea; and her brother Harold Parks. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and other loving family & friends.
