He is survived by: his wife Polly Holbrook; his foster son James Shouse (Kim); his stepchildren, Bob Fox (Debbie), Ilene Ryker, Dee Ertel (Keith) and Teresa Hosmer (Larry); and his siblings, Emily Lou Griffin, Gladys Stanley, Albert Holbrook, Norman Holbrook (Mollie) and J. M. Holbrook (Rae). He is also survived by many step grandchildren, step great grandchildren and step great-great grandchildren.
