He is survived by: his sister Fannie Andrews; his sister-in-law Voncile Booker; his children, Annie Lois Booker of Monroeville, AL, Barbara Hunt (Lewis) of Middletown, OH, Tequina Stallworth (Jameel) of Monroeville, AL, Roosevelt Stallworth (Evelyn) of Marietta, GA, George Stallworth of Moss Point, MS, Jerry Booker of Middletown, OH, Mack Booker, Jr. (Virginia) of Monroeville, AL and Perry Booker (Kamesha) of Tunnel Springs, AL; and his siblings, Fannie M. Andress of Monroeville, AL, Carolyn Matthews of Mobile, AL, Eddie Booker (Ethel) of Monroeville, AL, Allen Booker (Christine) of Uriah, AL, Charles Booker (Alberta) of Monroeville, AL, Samuel Booker (Zadie) of Monroeville, AL and Randy Booker (Lynn) of Texas. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other loved relatives and many friends.
