She was predeceased by: her husband William Vern Hasselbach; her parents, Andrew T. Chupka and Anna M. Chupka; and her sister Barbara Crist. She is survived by: her son W. Andrew Hasselbach of Middletown; and her siblings, Andrew Chupka of Edgewater, FL, Richard Chupka (Mary Ellen) of Middletown and Carol Lyons (Edward) of Middletown. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
