She was predeceased by: her mother Margret Ellen Calhoun Winkfield; and her brother Fredrick Commodore. She is survived by: her father Dallas Thomas; her sister Arnetta Commodore; her children, Dewan Andre Commodore Sr. (Kim) and Dewanda Ann Commodore; her grandchildren, Paris White, Dewana Commodore, Whitney Commodore, Dewan Commodore Jr., James Lidge II, Jajaun Gates and Jaevan Wright; her close friend Lonnie Thorton; and her aunt Mildred Guy. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
