She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Leslie Smith and Clara; her brother Richard L. Smith; and her brother-in-law Bill Grant (Mary Jane). She is survived by: her husband Hugh B. Grant; her cousin Patty Mershon Schaefer; and her nieces and nephews, Karen Smith-Warren, Richard Smith (Tina), Jeff Smith, Nora Dobrozsi, Susan MacLeod, Tim Grant and Brian Grant.
