He is survived by: his wife Ede Slamka; his son Matt Slamka Jr.; his stepdaughters, Grace Taylor and Hannah Taylor; his siblings, Chuck Slamka (Chris), Greg Slamka (Sue), Dennis Slamka (Sandy), Mark Slamka (Missy), Gery Slamka and Amy Armstrong (Bob); and his brother-in-law Mark Smith (Sara). He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
