She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John, Mildred Lewis, Maxine Hall and Arthur Wasson; and her brother Michael.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Macias; her children, Kayla Lewis, Josiah Wallace and Braden Wallace; her parents, Jerry Lewis and Regina Lewis; her brothers, Jason Lewis and Sean Lewis (Kyra); her parents-in-law, Mick Macias and Vicki Crooks; her stepchildren, Kristopher Macias and Marissa Macias; her brother-in-law Adam Macias; her aunts and uncles, Terry (Tina Murphy), Tim (Megan Lewis), Tammy Lewis, Bruce (Debra Smith) and Arthur Wasson (Charles Wasson); and her nieces, Hope, Faith and Scarlett. She is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews; numerous cousins; and her special best friend.
