He was predeceased by: his son Jamie Carroll; and his sister Christina Lucas. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Sue Carroll; his sons, Dennis Carroll, Jeff Collinsworth (Megan), Michael Collinsworth (Krystal), Dustin Collinsworth and Adam Collinsworth; his sisters, Gail Pratt and Bonnie Carroll-Cunningham; his brother-in-law Greg Orona Sr.; and his grandchildren, Bobbie Sue, Ethan Alan, Austin, Lydia, Andrew, Abigayle, Nathan, Haylee, Brayden, Hunter, Alyssa, Millie, Dylan, Dominic and Chasity. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family & friends.
