He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elmer Clark and Lona Marie Maxwell Clark; and his grandparents, James Willis Clark, Beulah Pearl Harvey Clark, Ira Dupy Maxwell and Pernie Hughes Maxwell.
He is survived by: his sister Karen Northern (Ivan Scott Northern) of Trenton, Ohio; and his daughter Cindy Lynn Clark.
