With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Holcomb of Middletown, Ohio, born in Neon, Kentucky, who passed away on September 13, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Phillips and Opal Bivens (Kemplin); her husband John C. Holcomb; and her children, John M. Holcomb and Shannon Holcomb.
She is survived by: her daughter Madonna Cox (Tim); her grandchildren, Robin Dirks (John), Jaime Short (Scottie), John Michael Holcomb (Amanda), Keli Spicer (Shane), Heather Hansford, Brittany Sissom (Scott) and Tiffany Hurst; her great grandchildren, Kodie, Eli, Kobe, Jordan, Jackson, Kyndra, Rylee, Ayden, Gavin, Bella, Audrey and Maddie; her brothers, Raymond Phillips (Doris), Jesse Phillips (Gail) and Larry Phillips (Christine); and her sister-in-law Sue Bair. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
