She was predeceased by: her parents, Sandy Smith Pennington and Elisha Pennington; her daughter Carly Jade; her grandparents, Lee, Ollie Joseph Pennington, Hobart and Gladys Morgan Smith; and her brothers, Jeffery Pennington and Bruce Pennington.
She is survived by: her aunts and uncles, Pam (William Price Sizemore), Pat (Melvin Isham), Rosemary Pennington of New Carlisle, OH, John Morgan Smith of London, KY and Denver Pennington of Hoskinston, KY; her sister Monica Anne Pennington of Miamisburg; her nephew Tyler Smith of Dayton, OH; and her cousins, Chad and Jason. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
