Patricia Ann Frazier Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Ann Frazier of Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on July 5, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Patricia Ann shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Patricia Ann farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her son Michael Lanham. She is survived by: her husband Stanley Ray Lanham; her children, Rick Lanham (Beth), Danny Lanham (Marti), Paula Moore (Kelly) and Beth Stanifer (Albert); her son-in-law Michael Stott; and her sister Shirley Knotts (James). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Pleasant Ridge United Methodist Church (1052 Middletown Eaton Rd, Middletown, OH 45042).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her honor to Pleasant Ridge United Methodist Church.
