With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Neal of Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on March 16, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur "Doc" and Edna Viel (Lancaster); her husband William "Bill" Carl Neal; her son Todd Alan Neal; her stepson Greg Neal; and her siblings, Donald Viel and Norma Lambert (Robert).
She is survived by: her daughter Traci Lee Wilson of Monroe; her daughter-in-law Jill Neal of Monroe; her sister-in-law Leah Viel; and her grandchildren, Alaina, Aiden Wilson, Justin, Adain Hamilton, Dusty and Kelly Griffin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
